They were out of my type of oil and instead of giving me a fancy excuse. They went out into the city and bought what I needed. I love the monthly package I got for car washing. I will be a lifetime member .

Twice my son traveling through over the years had car issues, thank the Lord it was around Jennings both times. Farleys got him in and fixed it as soon as they could. These guys are always honest, never repairing unnecessary things to make extra cash from me or anyone else. These guys, every time I visit here, I see so many others stop by with their vehicles asking questions about repairs giving me more of the idea that this is one of the best places in town to bring your vehicle to!

reecew27 Not a good experience with this company at all. I paid a couple thousand dollars for repairs on my vehicle and the vehicle was never correctly repaired, so I had to go to another mechanic and spen d a couple thousand more to get it repaired correctly, just an all around bad experience here. ( not to mention, a very cheap oil filter gasket was installed when they changed my oil for me and when the oil got hot and thin it oozed out of oil filter housing and my cooling fan blew oil all over underneath my hood and all over my engine which I had to pay another mechanic for labor and brake cleaner to clean it all up before they would work on it, I was suggested to never go back here. (which I wasnt planning on it)

Kay Roy I was told there wouldnt be a charge until his services was performed. When I go to pick up my vehicle he tells me I have to pay $93 before I can get my car. I was told twice there wouldnt be a charge until services was performed. He told me that he ran a current surge machine to see if there was any currents coming from a fuse box. When I go to pick up my car he tells me well his men had to take my whole car apart and I have the charge for that. He charged me what he wanted because I told him that I wouldnt be able to afford his services at $80 an hour for 6 hours of work I told him I would only have enough for 3 hours of work would I be able to leave my car there until I come over the rest. he told me no I had to go to go pick up my car I said okay sir I said is it okay if I go pick it up in the morning he says yes maam not one time was a fee mentioned. I was told there wouldnt be a fee until he told me the charges and the service was performed. No services was performed and he lied about the machine that he put on my car I know if his men took that car apart he would have mentioned that first but the problem was my fan not turning so he would not happen to take apart my car just to see if my fan was turning. He clearly does this a lot considering he was so arrogant when telling me oh well I have a ticket so you have to pay I said sir Im calling the police which I did when the police get there he then says well Im going to charge him for storage for you although I was told to come get my car and I did he clearly was trying to charge me for no services and for storage fees for no reason and its sad. Im on social security and after I pay my bills I have hardly no money left thats why I made sure I asked was their fee and I was reassured they wouldnt be none when I go to pick up my car I have to pay $93 now I have to come up with that money to go pay another mechanic to perform services which he didnt do I do not recommend his services because hes really arrogant hes very vulgar he cursed me out right there at a shop I never raised my tone much less used ugly words to him. Hes not professional and any kind of way and obviously not in control of his own shop considering he tried to put it off on one of his workers saying that he said it wouldnt be a fee even still theres no signs saying that fees will be charged before services.

Moe Schwilla 2 stars for doing what needed to be done in a reasonable timeframe No more than that because for years now have constantly had a leak on one of my tires. Turns out it wasnt a puncture. On both sides of the tire around the rim air was leaking out. Im guessing he didnt use a steel brush with soap to clean up the edges before slapping my tire back on. SOME mechanics these days say it will pop into place once the rubber heats up from friction with road......unsatisfactory. I want my tires on properly and sealed before I get into that vehicle. Oldschool methods and doing the job the right way no matter how long it takes is always the best way. NO skipping steps or shortcuts. Never before experienced that type of leak in all the years of paying for automotive work.

They went above and beyond by dropping me off at Waffle House and picked me up as soon as the repairs were completed. I highly recommend Marks Automotive because they are courteous, professional and completed the repair in a timely manner.
