I wanted a collar length bob and have a chin length layered mess. My hair is baby fine and never cut layers. I’m Very upset and don’t think I’ll be going there again. If you want a bob cut Tyler is NOT your girl.

( not very professional in my opinion or appropriate) other than the other worker the place was nice and I love my hair.
