I enjoyed chatting with Chuck for a while. He said I could bring the car in the next morning and he would get it done. I was there at 8am this morning and he called me at 11am to let me know I could come pick the car up. Quick, good price, good folks. Ill be back.

    Amy Novelli: The two brothers that own and run Motormen auto service and body shop are really great guys. They took the time to look at my vehicle and check the computer check engine light and told me the truth about what the issues were with my truck. I was in New Orleans for the summer and had to go back to Tucson Arizona a 20 Hour drive in the extreme heat. They told me the issues were under warranty at my mechanic in Tucson and that they wouldn’t cause a problem during my trip and they were correct. They also helped me find out what my truck might be worth if I want to sell it. They are conveniently located just north of Claiborne on Euterpe the same road as Home Depot. I recommend you check them out they are funny smart fast and know their vehicles. They advised me on what type of vehicle I could switch to when I sell my diesel. When I was in their shop I felt safe, listened to, and respected. I definitely will go to them for any mechanical needs when I am in New Orleans!!

    wmccrock: Many bright shiny auto shops said my AC system worked fine but the air distribution problem could only be fixed by a Nissan dealership. A & P AutoCare is not bright and shiny so I drove in looking for someone to replace my oil filter with a new one in my hand for $20. For the past 40 yearsI have repaired my own cars so I was happy that A&P allowed me to watch them work. I was impressed by their care and knowledge so when they told me they could fix my AC I said do it. Then 4 hours later my "unfixable" AC repair was done for 40% of the dealership price! And now Im very happy my AC works great in this hat and humid weather. Dont be put off by the junky appearance, they know their jobs and have the latest tools to do it.
