1 /5 Anastasiia Diedkova: Im giving a 2-star review because my dip nails chipped and started falling off 8 days after I had my manicure even though I did not engage in anything that would damage my nails. Next, they nickle and dime you for removing your coticules even though this is a part of EVERY manicure in EVERY decent nail salon. Hence, because I reasonable expected that my cuticles will be taken care of, I did not pay attention until I realized it was too late to remove them. That brings me to my next point, the specialist, Emmy, did not consult me throughout the process (other than the length of my nails and shape) and did a sloppy work, leaving my dip powdered nails looking thick and cheap. Finally and with respect to hospitality, nobody offered me any type of refreshment as they indicate on their website. Even though the salon was not busy during my entire procedure, it appeared as though Emmy wanted to move on very fast to another customer despite the fact that there were other free specialists. My overall impression is that they care more about the numbers and not about the quality of their service.
Im very disappointed, I will not be returning to this place and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone.
