5 /5 Chavon Jacques: Like me first start by saying when I saw a sign that said $35 Brazilian wax I was a bit skeptical cause I haven’t seen a price that affordable since before Covid. But when I walked into the salon I was set at eased. The salon is very welcoming and my stylist was Kat. She was already there and ready when I arrived for my appointment. Let me say Kat is AMAZING. Probably the least painful wax job I’ve had. She was friendly and very informative. Definitely found my new wax and lash salon!!!!

5 /5 Chandini Reddi: Mary cut my hair today at the Metairie location and she did a phenomenal job! She was friendly, professional, and efficient. I brought in a photo to show her of the haircut I wanted and she went above and beyond giving me a haircut even better than the photo I showed her. My hair feels so healthy and shiny and she did a fantastic job blow drying it. I cant stop touching it or taking pictures, I feel beautiful! I will definitely be going back to Mary for my haircuts in the future and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a haircut that makes them feel confident and beautiful.

1 /5 Jennifer James: Receptionist apparently put down the wrong phone number. Claimed they tried to get in touch with me. I got off work at 530am, had a 10am appointment. Got here at 930am, walked in at 945am.... the Receptionist looked confused. Said well, your phone is disconnected and we kept tried to call you. No, you didnt. Obviously you had the wrong number, they did. I dont need to reschedule and I could have stayed sleeping this morning. Dont bother wasting your time. Ive been here before and they couldnt find my info in the computer and this is why.

1 /5 Kilpatrick Eugene (Gino): Rude and insulting, I assume the receptionist? They have a sign outside that says walk-in haircuts welcome, it is a neon sign and was lit when I walked in. All I said was whos ready to have to have some fun!? could I get a haircut.? And this, sour, dull cabbage, person. behind the podium, said. NO! I was taken aback, replied youre no fun. HE. know her? I said know who? Then you can go ahead and leave! I left actually feeling crushed, and quite perturbed. I was just wanting to treat myself to a professional trim. Instead of cutting it myself like I always do. Hey dude you were rude to me and it hurt my feelings. Thanks a lot It was a great way to experience my third hair salon in a half hour and not get a haircut! In hindsight I misconstrued the person and the chair, other customer, for the hairstylist. But what I said was voiced to everyone. My employee would have been corrected.
