1 /5 Mary: As an adult patient of this facility my experience has been horrible. My journey began in the Fall of 2019 after having been referred to this facility by my dental insurance. It has taken more than 2 years to get my dentures that I can actually wear. My temporary dentures fitted fine; I personally took my temporary dentures to the dental lab in Shreveport and picked them up the next day. I immediately notified Christus coushatta dental that my dentures did not fit. As of today, I have not been able to get any help with fixing my dentures or speaking with someone who could assist me. Frustrated to the max!!!

5 /5 Siara Scott: I called at 10am and got an appointment for 1pm! I was having horrible pain on one side of my face. They hit me in got the cray and found the problem tooth right away!! The dentist did an exam just to make sure it was only one trouble tooth not multiple!! She then gave me options one being for a root canal same day!! I chose that option. I didn’t feel a single thing and walked out feeling brand new!! Now 8 hours later the numbing has wore off and I still don’t have any pain!!! I am SO SO thankful for the team at Christus coushatta!!! I honestly don’t know what I would have done had they not been so ready and gear to help

Ronda Hoffpauir: He filled my husbands tooth with a filling that doesnt adhere to an amalgam filling. Did not even drill out the tooth. He told him if it bothers you come back. Didnt do xrays either. We just went to another dentist for a second opinion and he couldnt believe that Dr. Warren did that. He now has to get a crown because of that. Be aware of what he does or doesnt do.

Nola Starr: Being deathly afraid of the dentist and everything associated with dentistry, I never in a million years would’ve thought that there would ever be a day when I was looking forward to a visit. That day is today! Dr. Courtney has worked on my mouth numerous times & with each visit my comfort level rises. In the past, just thinking of a visit would initiate a panic attack of sorts. Now I can plan a visit calmly and actually look forward to the visits. Dr. Courtney and her understanding & gentle nature has turned this big baby into an ideal patient. Now the only time I’ll shed a tear is from pain and not from being a nervous wreck. Don’t get me wrong, I still have my issues, but thanks to Dr. Courtney and her supporting staff, I can take care of my dental issues accordingly!
