5 /5 Sameera Rahman: It’s actually called CIJI’s(family owned). The name is pro tech but it’s been bought out by a lovely couple, Craig and CIJI. Honestly, I’ve never had a more wonderful experience at a mechanic’s. Craig was informative, quick on his feet, and downright awesome. Ciji is the best, super friendly and phenomenal. The prices are super reasonable, and they definitely know what to do. It took a couple of hours for them to fix our car, and now it’s perfect. Definitely worth it, would come back here if my car has any problems in the future. And I DEFINITELY recommend you to take your car there!!

grant stup: Called and he said one hour so I waited an hour and a half went by I called he said 20 mins so I waited another hour before calling….to get no answer for the next 2 hours ended up leaving a message saying not to come and had to call another company that said they couldn’t be here for 2-3 hours but I could’ve went with them first and been back on the road. I understand life happens but a simple text that says hey I can’t make it would’ve made all of the difference in the world. Now my original 1 hour wait has turned into about 5-6 hours absolutely infuriating 10/10 do not recommend

Tim Lewis: I was traveling from out of state and the AC system failed all of a sudden. I went to a shop in Ruston La, told them I was out of state and I needed someone to look at the car whenever they got a chance no rush at all. I could immediately tell by their body language and tone that they didn’t care at all. So I decided to say thank you sir and travel to next city. That’s when I googled and found Eazy Does it Auto Care Center! When I tell you from the moment I pulled into the gate of the business I was met with a smiling face from a woman that actually cared! Then came the owner’s son mid conversation and said “I heard you say you were driving and then??” From that moment on I knew they had it handled!! He looked at the car and explained to me what I needed I responded whatever I need just fix it please sir. He tried to tell me the price as I was already thinking astronomical numbers in my head because I’m from out of town. But, to my surprise the number was greater than 80 percent lower than what I was thinking!! I couldn’t believe it!! He diagnosed it!! He fixed it!! Got me going and when his father came over to talk to me! The way they both interacted with each other I begin to understand why they could and should be entrusted with our vehicles!! Lastly, every customer left with a smile and it reminded of something…. When mechanic has few cars on the yard sitting. He’s probably a good mechanic with fair prices. Therefore car don’t come to stay. They come to return home with the owners!! Take my word for it!! Go and see for yourselves!!
