JCPenney Salon - alexandria - Alexandria Heather Joubert: Had a 4pm appointment with Alyssa although fairly certain that it was supposed to be Laura. Last minute appointment so Im grateful and arrive on time. Was told she was finishing up blow drying a client. No problem. Figure 5, 10 minutes. Forty minutes later she finishes. No acknowledgement the whole time. Not even when finished. Just ignored me. If I was a walk in then ok but I made an appointment which means I value their time to make and keep an appointment. My time was not valued and I was definitely not valued as a customer. Having worked in customer service since I was a kid, Im usually pretty patient especially if someone acknowledges it. Any sort of acknowledgement would have eased my frustration significantly. Nothing. Told the older lady who checked me in that I was leaving after waiting 40 minutes especially since I was never acknowledged and told her to have a good one. 0 out of 5 stars.
