I have waited over 90 minutes for an oil change. I decided one day on a whim to go to Speedee Oil Change. I could tell this place was different. How? The general manager actively mentors and trains the people working for him, and it shows. There is a sense of pride and pursuit of excellence. The person changing my oil came into the waiting area and connected with me three times before I left that place. There was no crude language, cursing, etc going on in the shop. There was no smoking going on. Prices were reasonable and appropriate for the work. I highly recommend!
