T N: This is one of the historic painted churches that must be experienced in person. Pictures do not do it justice. I had the pleasure of visiting the church on a gorgeous spring afternoon which allowed the light to pour through the stained glass windows to highlight the detailed artistry and craftsmanship. Gods presence and the parishioners faith and devotion were felt from first moment I stepped through the doors.
