1 /5 karina Soto: I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this salon. When I politely asked for my nails to be redone or removed because I wasn’t satisfied with the service, I was met with unfriendliness and unprofessionalism. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, the nail tech repeatedly lectured me, saying that I needed to tell her earlier—over and over, as if I were at fault for speaking up.
After being told the only solution was to add acrylic on top, I reluctantly agreed, but the way she handled the situation left me humiliated. Her comments and attitude brought me to tears. I felt belittled and bullied for simply asking for what I paid for.
Despite the awful treatment, I still ended up paying $100 for them to fix their own mistake. I wanted to just grab my money and leave, but I felt trapped. This was hands down the most unprofessional and uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects kindness, professionalism, or quality service.
