The atmosphere in the salon is incredibly nice; it’s warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax. What stood out the most was how friendly everyone was. I truly felt welcome from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend Golden File Nail and Spa, especially if you’re looking for excellent service and a lovely environment. I can’t wait to return!
    5 /5 Sandra Simpson: Loved this place. I originally went in for a pedicure. I liked it so much, I went back for a pedicure. Their work is nice and neat. They don’t rush. Hopefully, I can find someone in the south suburbs of Chicago that are as good as they are.

I knew I wanted something Mardi Gras themed but wasn’t sure what to choose, so I showed her some ideas and she ran with it. I am so happy with the end result!!!! Everyone was so nice and the salon so relaxing. I definitely recommend Golden File to anyone needing nail services

The staff all looked up to greet me as I walked in, they were all very friendly, helpful, & looked like they were all enjoying their craft. The shop is clean, did not have a strong chemical smell or an overwhelming diffuser aroma to mask chemical smell. Mint slayed my nails! She immediately understood my vision & made it a reality

    Lisa Pichoff: My 16 year old daughter went there to get tips acrylic put on and some gel polish. They charged her 92.00. The lady who did her nails acted like she didnt understand me when I was talking to her. She charged her 80.00 for special service. I dont recommend going here especially if they are scamming young girls.

    Taylor Thomas: I’ve been going to Brit for 3+ years now & her service is 1 of 1! Name a nail shop where you can vibe, laugh, get a quality service, & you’re not there for hours! Brit is also so sweet, helpful, communicative, & creative. She is a walking Pinterest. My nails & toes always last a month or more depending on how I take care of them because caring for your nails is important part of them lasting. I recommend her to everyone I know!

    Gwen Kay: I told the worker my polish chipped under the dryer and she handed me the polish instead of attempting to fix it. The attitudes were horrible! A lady was told to make her baby stop crying WHILE she was getting her nails done as if thats an easy task to do. Because of what i observed, i would not recommend anyone to go there although the quality of the nails were good
