    1 /5 ddx cxxxc: posting this on a random gmail. i strictly went there to get my roots done and my yellow blond toned to make a ombré. well i was not satisfied the slightest after i told her what i wanted. instead she did what she wanted with my hair and i was so mad after i looked in the mirror. my hair was so toned it was almost grey. my hair was different colors and she didn’t even fix the bottom of the back of my hair. was extremely upset and will never go back. listen to your client about what they want, it’s okay to give some advice but do not ignore what they wanted. i ended up paying 125 for my hair!! not satisfied

I asked them to trim the hair off my lip like they have done in the past, she took my whole mustache off. So if you need to your facial hair groomed, I would find someone else
