Audri: Very beautiful! Part of a much larger park that has a little something for everyone. Beautiful scenic walks, a sculpture garden, amusement park, and probably other things i didnt get to!
Kraken House NOLA - New Orleans
    Kraken House NOLA
Andrea F: I have heard about this house through various social media platforms, seen it on news outlets and I have visited before. But I was unaware that it was actually labeled on the Google Maps. I love to see it decorated for Halloween the best, but they do decorate for Christmas and Mardi Gras. Be careful, the roads are terrible in this neighborhood. I think they keep them bad to prevent speeding. I love this house and the decorations! I hear that the family that owns the house and does the decorations does a lot of good for the community.

Megan Clifton: We had a good time when we visited NOLA. It’s a nice aquarium. Lots of different areas to see. We LOVED the butterfly area. So many beautiful butterflies and they just fly around. We wished there was more animals to see and more variety of insects as it was a lot of beetles. It’s kinda pricey but we enjoyed ourselves.

JB Eid: Every year, we have a tradition of visiting an amazing place with our church, Celebration Church (you can check them out at celebrationchurch dot org !). I absolutely love spending time there with my family. The staff consists of fantastic young local talent who are not only professional but also friendly and enjoyable to chat with. They always assemble a great team to ensure everything runs smoothly at the park. Weve been coming here for five years now, and we just had another wonderful outing! I cant wait for the next one! The train ride around the park, which you can only catch once you’re inside, is worth the price of entry!
Barataria Preserve Visitor Center - Marrero

GM Pro use: An excellent preserve, walking the elevated boardwalk through an untouched bayou; it really absorbs you. It is a beautiful preserve. The visitors center is well done and informative. There are multiple boardwalks to walk, however, the day we went there was a thunderstorm that looked to be coming, so we only did the one by the visitors center and bought a couple of souvenir shirts at the gift shop. I expect well be back multiple times to walk the other boardwalks as well. Absolutely beautiful walk. Saw two baby gators not much more than a foot long, and a larger one that was at least 6 feet while on this 0.2 mile boardwalk. We also saw several beautiful tropical birds, flowers, Cypress trees, and vegetation. Im sure we missed a lot more. Take your time to walk through and observe. Im sure it will pay off. It was free admission and restrooms as well.

Ceaux Chitty: OMG...loved the "Terror Swift" Skeletons! Was in NOLA for Eras N3 and went by the next night. Super fun to hang out with other Swifties and chat with neighbors passing by. All the other skeleton displays were brilliant too! Really cool and so fun to ride the Green Streetcar there!

Selifa Lopes: This was our first time visiting the museum and our 5-year-old absolutely loved all the activities—his favorites were the pretend play kitchen and water play. They have a beautiful outdoor space where parents can relax while the kids play. He didn’t want to leave and is already asking to come back! This place was a highlight of our NOLA trip. You can easily spend a whole day here—explore the museum, take a stroll through the nearby sculpture garden, stop by cafe du Monde and soak in the beauty of the oak trees.

Kiarah: Our tour guide was awesome, He calls you just to give a heads up if you’re going to be slightly behind. He’s open to answering questions. A great story teller. Be prepared to walk. He also gives advice and directions on any other places you wish to see. Was not disappointed.
Steamboat NATCHEZ - Official Site - New Orleans
    Steamboat NATCHEZ - Official Site
Elisha Cianci-Gorder: We had such a wonderful time cruising down the Mississippi River on the Steamboat Natchez. Our tour guide was celebrating his birthday and knew EVERYTHING about New Orleans. The ride was smooth and the meal we were served was pure southern comfort! The kids enjoyed touring the steamboat engines and learning about how the steamboat came to be. There was a lovely jazz band that played for most of the cruise with plenty to see and do. The biggest highlight was the steam organ - what an incredible sound that made! We could have shortened the trip a bit, but overall it was a great experience.
