1 /5 Heather Joubert: Had a 4pm appointment with Alyssa although fairly certain that it was supposed to be Laura. Last minute appointment so Im grateful and arrive on time. Was told she was finishing up blow drying a client. No problem. Figure 5, 10 minutes. Forty minutes later she finishes. No acknowledgement the whole time. Not even when finished. Just ignored me. If I was a walk in then ok but I made an appointment which means I value their time to make and keep an appointment. My time was not valued and I was definitely not valued as a customer. Having worked in customer service since I was a kid, Im usually pretty patient especially if someone acknowledges it. Any sort of acknowledgement would have eased my frustration significantly. Nothing. Told the older lady who checked me in that I was leaving after waiting 40 minutes especially since I was never acknowledged and told her to have a good one. 0 out of 5 stars.

2 /5 Beverly Rivers: New in town and I needed a haircut. First of all it was about 60 degrees in the salon and I was sitting in the chair shivering. My hair was past my shoulders and I explained to the stylist that I wanted it touching my shoulders because I wanted to get a wave later. I even showed her several pictures of similar styles. I ended up with a flat cut bob two inches above my shoulders with one side shorter than the other. If I get a wave now I’ll have a fuzz ball on top of my head. At one point as she was blow drying my hair, she burned my scalp. When I said it was too hot she turned the dryer to cold to finish my hair which was still damp when I left. I won’t be back.

1 /5 Chad Spencer: My wife was told to call to speak with a manager she called several times on Monday, with no one picking up the phone. After several attempts someone finally answered the phone and she was told on Monday that the salon manager was not there. On Tuesday, she called again she called several times no answer, then after several attempts she was told the Salon Manager was not there. When will the Salon manager be there so she can call to speak with you, like she was told to do?

1 /5 Victoria Leger: I arrived at the salon at my scheduled time on Oct 16 at 4:15 and was a few minutes early. My appt was scheduled by Alyssa Bordelon on Oct 7 at 12 pm via phone. Alyssa booked me with her for a highlight and hair cut. I told her my hair is long and I needed a full highlight and cut. She said she would be able to do it. I just have to arrive at 4:15 BC the salon closes at 7. I said OK. I arrived and one of the workers seemed shocked and look frustrated. Come to find out it was Alyssa.I told her my name and she asked if I had an appt. I said yes! She told me she tried to call me 3 xs and tell me she couldnt do it. I never received any calls from JcPenny its obvious at this time she is lying and doesnt want to do my hair. She asked me for my phone number and started typing it in the computer. She said well I wont be able to do it today. I said what ?!? I took off work to come here. We exchanged words then she took a phone call from a customer. As she was on the phone another employee walked in Amy, and she asked what was going on and I told her. Alyssa says I didnt say I couldnt do it, another lie. I told Amy that Alyssa said she tried to call me, but if she had my number why did she ask me for my cell then type it in the computer?!? All of a sudden Alyssa said she can do my hair now! I was in desperate need so I let her do it because I took off work to come here! Keep in mind my hair hasnt been done in 4 months. Alyssa asked if I wanted balayage or a partial assuming to cut time. I said no! I made my appt for full highlight. Then she said I told you in the front I probably couldnt do and it was because I had a haircut scheduled. No one showed up for a haircut. It was lies after lies. I got out of the salon at 7:50. Overall my hair is OK and could of been better. I do have bleed marks from the bleach (lines on the side of my head) I was going to consider this being my new salon, but after this Im not. If you dont want to work and make money why work. Her attitude and professionalism was horrible. Dont book clients if you dont want to do their hair! Our time is just as valuable as yours! You just lost a potential client. I tried to call u twice I called yesterday and you wasnt there and today too. Let me know when you will be there so o can call you. I was told the Salon Manager is Judy and you wasnt there.

1 /5 Reba Miller: Booked appointments several days in advance only to be cancelled at the last minute for one of them. Because their 1:00 had booked online and then had to go get products, she called me at 1:20pm and acted like it was no big deal to cancel and ask me to reschedule. Im sorry, but if youre not ready at your appointment time, then you should have to reschedule. I wish I could give 0 stars. Don’t book with Jhada Story, she won’t value your time or business.
