Jared Borne: They are 100% out of network for all insurance companies. Told this AFTER THE FACT.
They stated that a procedure was $905 up front and that the insurance would reimburse us the difference. Insurance processed and said we owe them $371. I contacted the insurance company and told them what Dr. Saals office told us months ago, that the insurance would pay us the difference. The insurance said that is incorrect, and that Dr. Saals office would be the one who reimburses us. I then contacted Dr. Saals office at Oral Facial Surgery Center and they stated that since they are out of network for all insurance companies, that we are owed nothing since they dont work with insurance. Their front desk told us different MULTIPLE times. Expect a large bill out of pocket or deal with your issues without help from them.
Todd: My appointment was easy to make for the same day. I was greeted when I walked in and felt comfortable the entire time. The mouth guard and reclining chair was comfortable and I had no sensitivity to the gel or light. It was my 1st time as I always thought my teeth were white but what a surprise how much whiter and brighter they came out! Ill definitely be back.
