Lashes and brows - Monroe Autumn Walia: I had my eyebrows threaded for the first time and I was nervous but she was very friendly and helped me relax the atmosphere was very calming especially with her taste in music and conversation. It was like talking to your close friend, now my family and in laws come to her as well, we have done eyebrow threading, cut, colored, and shampooed hair and facials and she also trimmed my son and nephews hair. We highly recommend!!

Ulta Beauty - Monroe Tandi Nicole: I recently had to pick out an affordable gift that my son could use for called "Homecoming Proposal", aka "Hoco". The store was about to close, but the two beauty consultants did not rush me at all. They went out of their way to help, answer questions, suggest products and provide excellent customer service. I showed them the picture on Pinterest and before I knew it, they fixed us right up! We decided to have my son surprise the potential date with that famous orange Ulta bag (containing age appropriate makeup!) while he also held a poster that read: "You are my "Ulta-mate" Homecoming date, so please say yes to Hoco 2016!!" The employees ended up saving me a lot of money and even getting a free gift included for me! They made sure to find the larger bag, filled it with extra tissue, took turns showing me around the store, all while helping teach another customer proper makeup application! They also set up my Rewards card in seconds. This store should be very proud to have such excellent employees that really care and displayed such great attitudes, even when they had to be tired after a full shift and customers coming in ten minutes before closing. They also began cleaning and organizing from the messes customers had made shortly before I came in. I wish I had gotten their names, but this Ulta store is definitely worth shopping at (especially evening shift!) and I will be a customer for a long time.
