N U: Stayed here for an extended weekend in Cabin 28 with the family. The check in and out process was easy and our cabin had everything we needed. We had a great time. The park is well maintained with clean facilities. Various levels of trails for hiking or running enthusiasts. There is also 18 holes of mini golf and paddle boating (seasonal). Definitely will visit again.

    Worlds Largest Amish Chair
Bruce K.: Another addition to my collection of superlatives (Worlds Largest Brick. Worlds Tallest Filing Cabinet. Etc.), this was almost on my way to Atlanta after visiting Brasstown Bald. Yes, it is a large Amish chair but I would guess that its not actually the worlds largest. It is easily climbable and they have a post in front where you can set up your camera for a selfie. Tip: You need a remote shutter because its at least 20 seconds to get onto the chair.

Sosebee Cove Scenic Area and Trail
Joel Blacher: If you hot this spot at the right time, its a wildflower botanical garden! Various species of trillium, Lady slippers, trout lilies, violets, and more! Several songbird types as well, and a small cascade across the road. Its a special place. Be careful pulling out or walking across...there are some wannabe Les Mans drivers up there as well as bikers. Many are responsible...Many are not. Just keep your eyes up.
