1 /5 Sharae C: Horrible experience! I took my mom for a pedicure, and she ended up being cut and bleeding, resulting in the incompletion of the full pedicure service. The manager dared to require full payment. In good faith, I made a partial payment for the service rendered. The manager dared to raise her voice and told me to pay the full price while pointing to the board with prices. Excuse me! I DID NOT! This establishment lacks customer service, professionalism, and most of all concern for clients when a service is not performed as expected. This establishment is HORRIBLE!

5 /5 Shelia Couillard: Very clean, very friendly staff. Professional. Make you feel that they have known you forever. My husband bought me 4 $50 gift cards for their services for my birthday last year. He experienced his first pedicure ever from Yolanda. He is old school oilfield man. But he LOVED it. I have had 2 manis and 2 pedis there and will go back from now on. I had not had a mani in 30 years, Im 64, a lady from my physical therapy told me about them. Because Im new to the Crowley area and I admired hers. She told me how great they are and she was so very right. Will always recommend them. Yolanda is fabulous! Her artwork is stupendous. She will always be my nail artist.

1 /5 santana buchannon: This nail salon isn’t very friendly n the nail tech was very rude. I will never go back there again. I just neede to change my polish on two of my nail cause my jewelry on my nail came off . And I just wanted to removed the gel polish n repolish the two nails. She was busy and she had time to do it and she said she didn’t have time told me to come back tomorrow told her that I was from outta town she looked at me and she shurred her shoulder like to ask say oh well I’m not doing it I’m ever going back there she is so rude n have ugly ways

5 /5 Anveria LeBlanc: Great experience each time. Enough amount of workers so your wait time isnt long. Love getting my individual lashes done here they normally last 2 weeks or longer and my eyebrow wax! Very satisified with how well and long my nails last as well (I get Gel)
