1 /5 Sharae C: Horrible experience! I took my mom for a pedicure, and she ended up being cut and bleeding, resulting in the incompletion of the full pedicure service. The manager dared to require full payment. In good faith, I made a partial payment for the service rendered. The manager dared to raise her voice and told me to pay the full price while pointing to the board with prices. Excuse me! I DID NOT! This establishment lacks customer service, professionalism, and most of all concern for clients when a service is not performed as expected. This establishment is HORRIBLE!
