1 /5 Aaron Foreman: The absolute worst mechanic shop. I brought my car in becuse it was misfiring. I had already had a mechanic change ignition coils, spark plugs, and fuel injectors and was still having misfires so I brought it to meads for a diagnosis. I clearly stated when I made the appointment I wanted just a diagnosis and had already had these parts changed. I never got an updates not even a single call the whole 2 weeks it was there. the only call I got was when it was finished and was charged 1300 dollars. They did fix the issue, but they should have called and asked for permission to move forward. I have never gone to a shop where they don’t ask for permission from the customer before they move forward. So they changed all the ignition coils and spark plugs after I just changed all this.
one of the spark plugs was defective, but there is not way every brand new coil pack was defective. This is just another untrustworthy and sleazy mechanic shop. This place has terrible customer service, please take your business somewhere else.
