I dont like is having to get x-rays to be seen but it is my understanding nearly every dentist office requires it these days so it is what it is. But I dont like it. My experience was ok. All were pleasant and professional.

5 /5 Brandi Gunter: Had extractions and stitches and this was hard for someone who has high anxiety with dentist and horrible dental stories. Im always nervous and scared. I FELT NO PAIN AND NEVER FELT THE SHOT. The Dr and the assistant worked so hard and caring to keep me comfortable and relaxed. Im so glad I found a great place.

Aspen Dental - Alexandria, LA - Alexandria ROBIN JOHNSON: This was an awesome experience. The treatment of my situation, as well as my emotional support was superb. I am/would recommend this Dental Office in a heartbeat!! The lady that checked us out, explained everything to us thoroughly. My husband is not a person who finds any pleasure in visiting anyone/place where Dr precedes the name, but they catered to his pain perfectly. I am so pleased to the point I will update after the final procedure is completed.

My ultimate goal was to get braces, and Dr. Moreau not only referred me to a fantastic orthodontist but also took the time to review their treatment plan before proceeding with my extractions. Alexandria Family Dental Care - Alexandria Suzette Endris: Dr. Ryan Rogenmoser and Dr. Taylor Sylvester and their entire office staff (from the front desk to the patient recliner) are the epitome of the dental profession. From my family’s observations, the staff is very cognizant of everything “Dental-Related”. Even though I (like many others) dislike any type of dental procedure(s), I highly recommend Alexandria Family Dental Care. Dr. Ryan Rogenmoser and Dr. Taylor Sylvester became my family’s new dentists this past July, 2022. Dr. Rogenmoser diagnosed me with possible TMJ and fitted me with a customized mouth night splint (July). He explained other recommendations that would help with TMJ if the mouth night splint was not successful. Dr. Rogenmoser was right - the mouth night splint has relieved morning jaw pain, neck pain, and headaches. In August, Terri (dental hygienist) did an awesome job x-raying, cleaning, and polishing our teeth (and whatever else is part of a routine dental cleaning). I will have to say Terri did a “top notch” cleaning. Dr. Sylvester looked at and examined our teeth, explained a few things, and answered our questions. Dr. Rogenmoser was very meticulous, patient, and thorough as he extracted my son’s wisdom teeth in August. Throughout the appointment, Karly (dental assistant) came to the waiting area a few times to let me know that everything was going well. I was very impressed when Karly came to the waiting room and told me that Cameron was ready and for me to walk outside and drive up to the back door. Dr. Rogenmoser and Karly brought Cameron out in a wheelchair. Both were very thorough in explaining what was done and answered my questions. Karly gave me a detailed packet on what to expect after wisdom teeth extraction. Dr. Rogenmoser took care of filling a cavity (October) that Dr. Sylvester noticed during Cameron’s dental cleaning in August. Dr. Sylvester did a dental procedure on an old filling that I had. I was very pleased with the look (even though it was not noticeable to begin with). Dr. Rogenmoser did an awesome job in taking care of one of my molar teeth that had a crack in it and its filling. He did his “dental magic”, placed, and fitted a temporary crown. I went back about a week and a half later, and he finished off by placing and fitting my permanent crown. At that time, I met Kate (dental hygienist) and Sadie (dental assistant). By observing my nervousness, both young ladies were very caring and explained what Dr. Rogenmoser would be doing. In trying to become new patients, the front desk office staff was very caring and worked efficiently in getting my family and I established patients. Words can not describe how Justin, Magan, and Meagon worked together to get us in the computer system as new patients and explained how to complete new patient paperwork online. Justin explained he would take care of all paperwork dealing with insurance claims and any billing questions we had. Magan did her best in scheduling our appointments based on dental needs. She also considered my son’s work schedule. I appreciated the several phone calls from her letting me know that Cameron could be worked in sooner. After dental services, Meagon worked efficiently and quickly to get us checked out. If I had billing or insurance questions, she would take the time to ask Justin (if he was available). If need be, he contacted me later. So, again I highly recommend Dr. “Ryan” and Dr. “Taylor” for dental services!

Bear Family Dentistry - Alexandria Dria Reigns: Dr. Bear and her staff are amazing, professional, and courteous. The hygienist was helpful and did an outstanding job. Dr. Bear is friendly and personable, the office is beautiful and inviting. Im so happy to have found my new dentist!
Alexandria Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center - Alexandria John Trotter: Very good experience. Had to have molar pulled and appointment was at 7:15. Arrived 15 mins early and sat in waiting area maybe 15 mins and I was back in the back to have procedure done. Prep was done very quickly and sedation given. Before I knew it, I was ready to go home. Very little pain afterwards an tooth completely extracted. Very expensive for a tooth pull but I can understand due to the IV sedation that is done. Will likely return if my family dentist refers me for any other procedure I may need to have done in the future. Also, staff Very friendly and efficient.
Dr. Keith Sylvester, DDS - Alexandria Virginia Barron: Will definitely go back to this office. I had never heard of him before and needed an emergency extraction. They were very nice and got me in due to an opening on the schedule. Very nice and actually cared how so was feeling in major pain rather than just wanting money. Extremely nice people!!! I’d given 100 stars if I could .
Rapides Primary Health Care Center - Alexandria Jennifer Johnson: I have been to the dental clinic 6 or 7 times over the past 10 years. I have always been treated courteously as well as professionally. My last 3 visits were for extractions and was the LEAST traumatic dental procedures Ive ever experienced.
