4 /5 Jeffery Seiter: Im homeless and was sleeping on the backdoor step of this church. They were kind to me and gave a little off mosquito spray with a jacket to cover up with. Also made it a point that cameras were there...lol. But prayed for me...the next morning I was awakened by one of the members who was there to grill food for a loss of a dear woman who went to be with the Lord. During the process another member pulled up and hounded me about my homeless situation. Having to walk away I came back to make amends with them for being homeless. Nevertheless, I was welcome in, had opportunity to help try to get the fire ready and had fellowship with a few more members with coffee and donuts. Not wanting to disrespect the memorial services I left and went about my business and found another spot to rest for a bit. I did leave with a spirit of feeling less than because of being homeless. But overall I knew that Gods Spirit of love was upon a few members. They are spiritual believers in Christ and my prayers for the loss of a great woman in faith. One can feel welcome there and just be prayed up first.

5 /5 Richard Richard: Nothing else needs to be said, Refuge Temple changed my life. They delivered a non sugar coated word, no hype, no bells and whistles. Just God’s word. Thank you. I am now free of addiction and a sinful lifestyle. I now know my purpose and I’ve experienced God’s life changing presence. Everyone should visit. You wont leave the same.

5 /5 Cortney Thibeaux: I was a young man who grew up in a government project all of my entire childhood life. Brought up in drug infested areas, alcohol addiction, molestation, mental and physical abuse, you name it, I had to live through it. I thank God for such a place, because when I walked into those doors back in 2007, thats truly when my life began to actually change for the better. I have visited other churches, and still havent found a place like this before. I am forever grateful for this ministry !!!! I am an example of what the work of this ministry produces !!!!
