2 /5 Isabell Lillian: So I came to Savan. They seated me like right at 3. I waited 45 minutes for them to get to me. I only wanted to spend an hour here, so I said let me just get the polish changed, not the full pedicure. The lady said it was going to be $20 because she was going to charge me $5 since my feet were soaking in water. Just water btw. That rubbed me the wrong way. So I said, fine. Then when she realized I was getting gel removed she was going to charge me another $5 because of the removal. So that was $25. Then she said if I got gel put back on, itd be $27. Like maam, what? Is it just me? So she just wanted me to spend a certain amount no matter what. She said everything cost money and everything is expensive: the liner, water.... BTW they wouldnt need liners if they just cleaned the tubs per sanitation rules. They did not run cleaner and disinfectant through the jet system or attachment either. So I said, nobody expects anything to be free, but when you keep throwing prices and fees out there, now I feel Im being nickel and dimed. I said youll get your money and I wont be back.
