Fixed most of my vehicles but I see now that this business is reliant on the machines instead of being an actual mechanic and figuring out the actual problem. Find a mechanic that will find the problem not just take your money and fix something that doesnā€™t even help the problem you originally brought the vehicle for. Shid sad cause I lost out on a whole vehicle messing with this shop.

Sally Forth: I ran over a pair of needle nose pliers and was almost in a real bind! I was able to quickly pull into Auto One and Mr. Neil helped me out! He was so nice and helpful - they didnt have the right size tire to replace it, but he and his guys did an excellent patch job that held overnight til I could get my tire replaced. The shop was so busy and it was close to quitting time, but they helped me and never even seemed like I was inconveniencing them. 10/10 would recommend and would go back (but I hope I dont need to!!)

Dr Carey Yazeed: European Car Care worked on my 2008 Mercedes ML 550. When I arrived home with my vehicle, oil was leaking at the top of the engine and beneath the vehicle (see pictures). I had taken it in to have the starter and thermostat replaced. They claimed it needed all of this other stuffed fixed. I also noticed the original oil cap and dip stick were not replaced. Instead they had been replaced with a rusted dip stick and a broken oil cap! I immediately tried calling and the receptionist informed me she was ā€œhaving a crisisā€ and would call me back. After that brief conversation, every time I tried to call I was sent straight to voicemail. Guess who never received a call back?! I paid $4.2K expecting my vehicle to be fully operational and it isnā€™t!!! Update: After posting this Google Review and filing a claim with the Louisiana State Attorney Generals Office, the owner finally called me back FIVE DAYS later. I allowed my son to step in and Troy (the owner) told him to bring my vehicle back the following Monday (this is at the 2 week mark of me having the car back in my possession). After keeping it for an ADDITIONAL 2 weeks it was finally returned. (I was without a vehicle for a grand total of 7 weeks). The owner stated that a part they had put on my vehicle was defective (not the dip stick or oil cap). They even assured my son that they test drove the vehicle (so wait...you didnt test drive it the first time?! Which if you did, you would have noticed the massive oil leaks). The response European Car Care sent to the Attorney Generals Office (which was forwarded to me) placed the blame on me. They stated, "The review was not necessary if Ms. Yazeed would have put the same effort into getting the car back to us for those 5 to 7 days instead of filing so quickly with the Attorney Generals Office and writing a negative review to discredit our company, that we were not at fault due to a part defect." (Remember, I did speak with someone and she stated she was having a crisis and would call me back, which never happened until I posted this review and filed a claim with the Louisiana State Attorney Generals Office). Ladies and Gentlemen, I couldnt make this stuff up even if I wanted to! The proof is in the pictures I uploaded with this review and this update. Ill never take another vehicle to this place again. NEVER!

I used to drive an hour to New Orleans just to get proper serviceā€”until someone referred me to Roger at VIP Auto Repair. From the first phone call, Roger was transparent and honest. When I brought my Range Rover in, he took the time to explain everything in detail. He wasnā€™t just trying to sell me unnecessary workā€”he was upfront, knowledgeable, and had every tool the dealership has (and more). His service is top-notch, and I left 100% satisfied. jordan gaudet: The Problem: 2005 Jeep Liberty- front caliper was jammed which ruined the rotor, so we needed a totally new front breaking Job on both front tires Quotes: went to 3 different places and got quotes. I had previously bought all the parts to fix it so I just needed the labor. Breaks For Less: $354 Mavis: $550 Precision: $307 So I took it to precision, and the job overall had taken about 2.5 hours. It should have taken less time, but a previous break job done at the Mavis on Coursey on the rear tires had been botched, leaving the caliper bolts to be completely missing so we had to get that situated as well. It was fortunate they noticed that, I had noticed the sound of my calipers coming off a day before so thank goodness they knew what the issue was, otherwise there would have been a wreck soon. They replaced the missing caliper bolts for free, I just had to pay for the part itself which was completely reasonable and only about 25$. I checked out the new gear on the front and they installed everything perfectly, the breaks are working better than ever, and coming here was the best thing I could have done for my Jeep.

However, I had an issue to arise and I had no choice but to find a certified mechanic shop here in Baton Rouge. Vannak did an awesome job. I just love Hais professionalism. They are very reasonable and for most things extremely fast. I have not been back to Metairie for anything since Vannak was recommended to me.
