5 /5 M.P. Scott: Dr, Duvernay and the whole staff at Smile Doctors treat us like family. I have 3 kids currently in braces and I really appreciate the care of the staff and Dr Duvernay. My kids actually enjoy their visits and their progress has been wonderful. I very much recommend to anyone looking for. Orthodontist.

Britney was great at explaining all of the issues, solutions, options and costs. Never felt rushed or pressured. And Dr. Duvernay answered every question. Felt confident in my decision to move forward with them!

Dr. Jeffrey Hepburn - Covington Helen Hall: Im not one who typically leaves a review, but feel like I must, today. My front tooth just randomly cracked. I have massive anxiety with all things dental related, so my wonderful daughter helped me find a dentist in my insurance plan ( we are new to the area so hadnt set up a dentist). Someone was definitely watching over me today, because within 2 hours of my tooth cracking, the fabulous office staff, and Dr Hepburn himself, had fixed my cracked tooth in a calm, gentle way, soothing my anxiety as they worked their magic. I would recommend Dr Hepburn and his staff in a heartbeat!

I wanted a female dentist and was so thankful to have found her! I have put off my dental care due to health issues and needing to be there for others! I finally make time for me and call for an appt, if she accepts my ins. I was stunned to hear, that she accepts NO INS! I guess thats her prerogative, but to be reading how "Godly" she is doesnt seem right and should not be posted!

When she told me she was prescribing Ibprophan my heart dropped thinking about the pain after the numbing agent wore off. I woke up the next day can honestly say I have not so much as a twinge of pain. Im so impressed this is the first painless dentist appointment in my life

After trying other clinics, we choose to commute to Mandeville for this clinic. The staff and space are both warm and inviting. It is very child friendly—lots of singing nursery rhymes during cleanings and explaining all steps and procedures thoroughly.
