Jessica Heather: I don’t have much good to say about this place. The lady cut my cuticles twice and the gel had hair in it and bubbles all through it. The lady who did my sons mani and pedi did wonderful but the lady who did my pedi and mani did a half azzed job. Like the gel polish on my toes is all over the skin and the polish on my pinky came off already less than 24 hours later. Thank god I found another salon that fixed everything today. Like look at this mess! Looks like Mardi gra skittles and dollar tree had a baby! Not to mention for my service and my sons it was almost 300$ a complete rip off if I say so myself!
Josh Bustamante: I can’t say enough about this place! I scheduled a massage with Steven after being referred to him from a friend. I’m so glad I did. The room was inviting and it made me feel very comfortable. I left there feeling like a brand new man. 5 stars to this hidden gem of a place!

Madison Johns: My stylist was 40 minutes late and when I asked to cancel it seemed like the person was angry at me when they were the ones who wasted my time and money, there was no front desk person and overall not great customer service. Not meaning to sound hateful I believe it could be a great salon with these changes being implemented.
Sara Baiamonte: Great salon! I have type 3b curls and Emery gave me a great haircut. I was nervous to try out a new place but Emery answered all my questions wonderfully. Appreciate her time and patience. Super cute salon.
Valerie Rabalais Casanova: I’ve been to Rosa a few times for color now and let me tell you, she is SO TALENTED! She gives the best blowouts too. I am obsessed with my hair color and I always leave feeling like a new woman! She outdoes herself every single time.
Shon Dale: Terrible experience!! Scheduled for a bridal party for 8 ladies. Prior to scheduling toured 3-4 different spas in Bolixi, asked upon tour if allowed outside food, told yes. Hot there on scheduled day of appointments, told you can have the food but must put it up if anyone else arrives so they will not think this is part of our servive. Ok with that, understandable. After being there a few hours, 2 of us inquired on our services as we had been there a while, we dropped off their schedule. However my account was still charged!!!! When spoke to manager, told will be reversed, after 5 days, still pending on my account!!!
