The Tabernacle Church - covington - Covington Antoine Fernandez: Ive been blessed to be part of this ministry now for the last 9 years, it is the church I call home. The pastors are amazing, there is no denying how strong the love of Jesus is in them. The very first Sunday there I felt the love and presence of God in such a strong way that I knew I would stay. As a single father of a 10 year old boy, it is important to me what kind of teaching my son will receive, the childrens ministry is amazing, and this is obvious by the joy the children always carry, they are in great hands. Spirit filled and Jesus centered.

The environment is welcoming and friendly, the worship experience is amazing, and Pastor Nates teachings are phenomenal. He breaks everything down that in a way that is easy to understand and easy to apply to your everyday life. I have grown in my walk with Christ because of his leadership!

Christ Community Church - covington - Covington Chris F: The exterior of the building may not look impressive, but it would be hard to find a more biblically sound church in the area, and the community here, both the pastors and the congregation, are very welcoming to new arrivals and visitors.
As for beliefs, this church is part of a family of churches called Sovereign Grace, which is similar to a Reformed Baptist church but without the cessationism, at least as far as I can tell.
But the most important thing is that on Sunday mornings, you can expect to hear preaching and worship music that is relatable, always grounded in Scripture and centered on the gospel. A lot of people stay and chat with each other after the sermon too, which is a great sign of a strong community.
