Ive gone for a long-hair trim, a ponytail cut off, and a short-hair trim and every time I leave satisfied. Michelle is fantastic to work with as well, I went in for a new style for me and she had never worked with my hair before and I left with a great cut. She listened to what I needed and wanted and was a pleasure to chat with.
