5 /5 Maddy: I had visited Studio one 2 one yesterday and Angel did something amazing with my hairs.I had a protein shock treatment which took about 15 mins and then had a nice haircut .I usually have a wavy hairs but hot it straight this time ,though they are temporary but I loved them .Loved they way they receive you and pamer you .Loved it!!

2 /5 Reyna Robair: I had a pretty bad experience with my stylist. First Ill say I had boxed dyed black hair and my roots had grown out about an inch. I was hoping for medium brown or lighter brown if possible. My stylist decided she would try to lift it with a bleach wash. It bleached my roots. So she bleach washed again it did nothing. So she decided to bleach with 20 volume I asked her to use 30 because I didnt think 20 would lift much. She grabbed huge sections put hardly any bleach on you could still see spots she missed and you would think since my roots were already lifted from the washes she wouldnt put any on them but she made sure the roots had bleach.she left it for 20 minutes came back and I had patchy reddish light brown hair with but my roots were hot roots. She goes to color my roots and used a color too light so after she washed it looked like nothing was done to the roots ok. I come back the next day and she tries to fix the roots this time she over laps the color past the root on the red hair well it didnt color the root much but made a dark band around the top of my head. So she tries again and again I had hot roots. At this point she tries telling me the roots look great and its ok to have bright roots because the bottom of my hair had some lighter red. I really didnt like it so the final time she goes in and I finally had roots that werent too bright compared to the rest of my hair but now I have a red brown root a dark brown rim around that because it was overlapped and not blended to patchy red and brown at the bottom. My roots felt fried. Overall I was here probably 6 hrs all together and hated my hair. At one point while talking she even spit out a lifesaver mint in her hand threw it away and put her hands in my hair without washing..I wasnt expecting amazing hair after box dye but I was expecting better effort and technique to at least get a close result. I would have been completely okay with just dying it all dark brown and covering up all the spots but she really liked the red...i didnt want to be rude so i just said i was okay with it and left .All the other staff members were amazing and friendly I really wish I had a different stylist. I wanted a few weeks to see if Id grow to like it ...I dont.
