3 /5 Camri Evans: I had been going here for about three years, and in the beginning, the service was great—Josie was my absolute favorite. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have not been as positive. The owner, Kim, has been consistently rude and made a point to ignore me when I walked in, while going out of her way to greet other customers.
I also don’t appreciate being questioned about every service I request. During my last visit, I was told I couldn’t get French tips on my toes because my toenails were “too short”—something I’ve never heard in all my years of getting my nails done.
Overall, the professionalism has noticeably declined, and I no longer feel valued or respected as a customer. It was great while it lasted, but I won’t be returning.
