5 /5 Ashley Velazquez: First time here and didn’t have an appt and they were able to get started on my nails right away. Came in for a fill and they did amazing. I’m pretty simple but still great service. Hand and neck massage was a great touch and reasonably priced. Will be returning!

1 /5 Sandi Ruth: It was good. The nail tech was good but hardly spoke to me. My daughter went too but she wasnt pleased. 01/13/24 I am adding to my original review above and changed my rating. I wish I could give no stars, because I am not happy. On 01/07/24 I decided to spend the money and get a gel manicure since they are supposed to last 2 - 3 weeks and the regular polish doesnt last. I work in a doctors office so I dont do anything rough with my hands and I hadnt done my house work this week. However, by the 9th, the polish was coming off. I couldnt believe it and I couldnt make it back to the salon until the 13th to get it fixed. When I did, they told me I would have to pay 1/2 to get it fix because it has been a week. I told her a week is tomorrow and you can clearly see the polish had been coming off way before today. Plus gel is supposed to last 2 - 3 weeks. No problem. So here is my review. They dont ever have to worry about me coming back, not ever, not even for a free manicure and Im sharing this with my friends.

5 /5 Alina: Beyond satisfied with the service I received today. Got a mani and pedi and the technicians both had great attention to detail. I was offered something to drink and received a mini shoulder massage. My nails look fantastic and I was asked multiple times if Im happy. Definitely recommend and I will be back

3 /5 Jaclyn Adair: My cuticles really weren’t even tended to at all. No cuticle trim, push back, or anything. Just soaked off my gel and did dip powder. The shoulder massage was a nice touch though. The sides of my nails had no powder on them. He didn’t clean the powder underneath my nails either. I got a 15 minute foot massage while my husband got a pedicure, and it was actually somewhat painful. She kept massaging the underpart of my foot with her nail. It hurt. Last two visits with two different women were alright. They were sweet with my daughter, but this visit with the only man that works there was not good. We felt rushed too. They close at 7:30 but start rushing to finish around 6:30.

1 /5 Amanda Ortman: My nail tech spoke no English, was impossible to communicate with her. Any time I asked anything she would just say yes and then what I requested never happened. Polish application is awful and I had to refile all of my nails and toe nails as they weren’t even. Save yourself the money and trouble and DO NOT go here. This is what $85 gets you.

Cheyenne Carter: I usually go here to get my nails done and most of the time I have a good experience. Today was a little bit different. I was getting my nails done for my birthday (cat eye polish). I believe Ethan was doing them. He put hearts on them without asking if I wanted that. Which would have been fine if it was just one nail. But it did it on two nails, and my two hands have two different nails that the hearts are on. So my left they are my middle and ring finger, while my right it’s on my pinky and ring. They also just don’t look that good. Towards the end a bunch of customers were coming so the rest ended up being rushed. And the top polish on a couple of my fingers were clumpy.

Its like the moment they see another customer come in they start rushing to finish you up to get to the next person. With Denicia, Please expect to be spoiled and pampered throughout the entire process as her attention is 100% with you. She also does massages ! After a rough week at work and the death anniversary of my grandpa, that massage was literally the highlight of my month! Her services are top tier and she always exceeds my expectations! She definitely has a lifetime customer from me!

I showed the man that did my nails the first photo before starting which he stated he could easily do. He proceeded to put acrylic on my nails after I asked for dip, tried to talk me into snowflakes instead of the design I came for, when I asked for the pink behind the design on the middle fingers he told me the clear would look better and claimed his bows would be much better than my picture which as you can see was not the case. I did ultimately go back in and have someone else fix the bows but they used a different green which I didn’t realize until leaving. I never leave reviews but this was such an awful experience others should be aware. Listen to your clients when they tell you what they want
