2 /5 Jaclyn Haddock: Connor with the Kenny G hair was super helpful and an amazing consultant! I havent gotten makeup or special hair products in a long time & he was very knowledgeable & good company. Zoe did my hair color. I asked for vibrant electric blue and auburn like the picture I brought (& posted here), but MORE VIVID BLUE & I got auburn and GREEN hair. I specifically said I was scared to get my hair done bc the last time I did, the girl dyed it green instead of blue, & my hair was ruined for months. The red/brown does not cover my greys either. Im really sad over my hair. I called the store & tried to see what could be done.. they made an appointment for me, but I was scared my hair was already "full" & nothing else could be done bc I got highlights. The color division would get messed up & I decided not to waste my gas to feel unhappy and uncomfortable. Maybe Ill just stick to the makeup part of the store..

2 /5 Melanie Galliano: I went there specifically to get color matched for foundation. I asked the sales person if she could help do that and that I didn’t want anything too expensive. She told me there were no samples of like L’Oréal or cheap stuff and the best they could do is hold up the bottle. I would go to Walmart if that’s what I wanted. I ended up color matching myself as best as I could and then I ordered it online from somewhere else.

3 /5 Dove CJ: I went to get my hair done (by dulce ) she was amazing and very gentle but, everything changed when I went to the front and pay. It was a cashier (blonde) not so nice to people of color (Hispanic) she was nice towards white people but when it was my turn to pay she changed her attitude towards me. She made me feel so uncomfortable to the point where I got confused with the cards I was using to pay with. I’m Sorry but my money is as good as anybody else.

1 /5 karina Thomas: Maleah, the cashier with the blonde hair is racist. i have now read other reviews saying the same thing and i’m shocked they still have someone like that working there. if you are Hispanic she will not treat you the same way she treats other customers. Ulta on MLK in Houma, LA has MULTIPLE customer complaints about racist employees and they do nothing about it.
