1 /5 Sage Duddleston: My car broke down and had a shifting issue. I had it fixed here for $500 and it broke around 2 months later. It seems that the part that they installed was cheap. I found the same part that they used for $7 and then found a higher quality part for $30. I fixed it myself in around 30 minutes. I have minimal experience with working on cars, but did not want to pay for a tow truck or repair again so I figured it out myself. Seems like a scam for a business to use cheap parts and charge hundreds of dollars for labor for something that takes an inexperienced person 30 minutes to do. I will not be using this business or recommending it to anyone in the future. They may do good work with other issues, but using cheap parts and overcharging for labor isnt acceptable.

1 /5 Tyler Smith: I brought my car here for diagnostic I was told my motor mounts were the cause of my problems and I was told the price was 1600$. When I decided I didn’t want him to fix it & that I wanted a second opinion because of the price he got upset. I ended up taking my car to another shop that said my motor mounts were fine but that I had an oil leak and that ended up fixing it for 917$. Long story short they will try to get over on you. Honest business is not their forte obviously trying to charge me to fix something that was never the issue. Audi’s stay away please. They will also drive your car to get food on lunch break if you leave it with them. They will lie about what they’re fixing. Report this guy to the better business bureau. If you’re reading this it’s almost too late for you because you searched the shop up. STAY AWAY!!

1 /5 Anthony Schoenecker: Positively the worst auto specialist I have seen. After an alignment, my car wobbled when I turned. Took the car back and asked them to check the alignment. They said they did and then it was perfect. I took it to another shop and they were blown away how bad the alignment was. Tried to perform services that were not needed and charged more than the dealer. Never go here.

1 /5 Alicia Merlino: This shop told me I needed four new oxygen sensors plus some other small stuff for $2500. I questioned the sensors because it seemed odd they would all fail at the same time (also one brand new last year). They kept asking why I didnt tell them "before." After getting a second opinion at the dealer, the dealer confirmed it that I likely need a new catalytic converter. And they laughed at the suggestion for oxygen sensors. Beware!
