5 /5 Jalissa Johnson: If you’re looking for a dress, please come to this shop. The staff was very professional and helped my niece find a dress last minute. She was having trouble finding the perfect dress, but they went above and beyond to make sure she found the perfect option. They even went all the way to the back to look for additional dresses just to make sure she didn’t leave without something. This act of kindness really touched us. Thank you all so much for your patience and excellent customer service! Please make sure to stop there if you need a dress — you won’t be disappointed. If I could give 100 stars, I definitely would!

5 /5 Erin Michelli: THANK YOU, Brittany’s! When I showed up at the store 15 min before they closed, I was in a panic. I was supposed to be at a Mardi Gras ball at that exsct moment. I left my dress at home in Baton Rouge and didn’t realize it til i went to go put it on at the hotel. I ran in to their store, a frazzled mess and they immediately got started pulling dresses in the colors and styles I told them I liked - including the one off the mannequin in the window. I tried on 3 or 4 and picked one. (Although I loved all of them!) She laced up the back for me and I wore it out the store as my heart rate started to return to normal. I got sooo many compliments on this dress, that I can honestly say I’m glad I forgot my dress in Baton Rouge and that I happened in to that store and got the new dress I now have. I forgot to get their names, it was a mother and daughter (I assume one of them is named Brittany but not sure)…but they helped me out in what I would call one of the most stressful nights I’ve had in years. Thank you so much!
