1 /5 Kelsey Bailey: I do not recommend Hemline. I was sold a dress with a faulty/broken zipper. When I called to see what the potential remedies were, I was disappointed to hear they were unwilling to even offer an exchange or repair. It’s also extremely difficult to have anyone assist you, with multiple messages disregarded and no return calls despite being told I’d hear back. Overall, way too pricey for customer service like this. If you do choose to shop here, check the products carefully before purchasing to avoid being left with a problem.

1 /5 Lisa Pellissier: Went here Saturday to look for a graduation dress for my daughter. Not a mask in sight! Was treated very rudely by the staff - a bunch of mean girls. Had to ask twice for them to call the other store on a size. Apparently, I did not fit their customer profile. I work in retail. Rule number one - dont judge your customers wallets based on their appearance. It would have been comical if it wasnt so shocking. Its a dress store in Baton Rouge, not Milan. If you enjoy being judged by snotty teenagers, this is your place! I will happily spend my money elsewhere.
