1 /5 Cassie Briggs: I called to check on my order because it was still saying processing on august 8 and I purchased the booksacks on august 6. The lady said they never had the book sacks in stock and she don’t know why the cite let me place the order. She said I just hit the reject button to give you a refund and in 24 hours and I never received a refund.Today August 9 I called and the supervisor Kay W. Said it’s nothing she can do! No refund, no credit, no discount, no rewards or nothing! She stated I would just have to wait until the book packs come which the tracking is saying still processing. Therefore my kids have to go to school with no book sacks until they find out what’s holding my order up! I’m very disappointed I will never order online from you company again!
