1 /5 chloe c: Absolutely unacceptable and wildly unprofessional.
My friend made the unfortunate mistake of choosing Men’s Wearhouse for their groomsmen attire, and it has been a complete disaster from start to finish. Everything was pre-ordered, fittings were done ahead of time, and we were explicitly told the suits would be ready on Saturday. Spoiler alert: they were not even close to correct. Multiple groomsmen were given the wrong sizes — and one was literally handed a kid’s large. A CHILD’S SIZE. This is after being professionally fitted. When we went back to the store to explain how ridiculous this was, we were brushed off and told it would be “fixed” and to come back Wednesday. Wednesday rolls around and guess what? They handed us the exact same incorrect clothes as before, as if we wouldn’t notice. At this point, the wedding is THREE DAYS AWAY. Their solution? Casually suggesting we hem pants that were 6–7 inches too short, which is not tailoring — it’s delusion. This store showed zero urgency, accountability, or basic competence for something as important as a wedding. If you want unnecessary stress, wasted time, and staff who clearly do not care, then Men’s Wearhouse is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.
