1 /5 LeAnn Crawford: While visiting the store in the Alexandria, Louisiana mall, there was a lady in there that was very rude, unprofessional, cut me off every time that I tried to talk to the young man behind the counter, and kept telling me come on. It’s time to go, I’m ready to go home. I made a comment that it is a good thing that I wasn’t a secret shopper, being that I’m a private investigator and are hired to do these jobs, because that store would have failed miserably for customer service, rude comments, gestures, when ask questions she smacked her lips and acted like it was a huge deal for her to answer the question that was ask, and her attentiveness to customers, what attentiveness I should say. Her response to that was “ I don’t care if I get a bad review, or if you’re a secret shopper, this is my part-time job”,.
She said she didn’t care and it didn’t matter to her. This was her part-time job and she really didn’t care if she failed or not.
As a department store owner, being in business over 50 years, being a private investigator, and owning several other businesses, I would never have someone that represented me or my businesses in this way. The only place she needs to go is to the house and has to do without something that she loves to do, so she appreciates the job that many people would love to have an opportunity to have.
I don’t care if it is selling dookie sacks, she wouldn’t be the face of my business. I would never allow somebody to represent my business in this fashion I recommended this lady be removed. She worked the evening shift on today.
