2 /5 Joy Sunshine: Went to the New Iberia Roses for something, price came up .75 when on the shelf it was .69 went showed a last name Wanda who is an assistant, she told me to go back to the front of the store which the manager Besty was behind me when she received a call from Wanda.. the manager Besty decided to yelled and talk loud disrespect me in front of customers n not to meantion the lady January who was checking me out was yelling as well. I ask for the corporate office number , manager Besty told me get out of her store n look it up.. all bc I told them it was false advertising with the price..very bad customers service, very bad management, they need to do better,

1 /5 Lynn: Sent in today with my dad for the first time and was treated as a theft. I went in looking for a jacket for work and purchused a lunch bag instead. My dad went to the rest room and I went to sit on the bench but the alarm went off. I was rudely told that merchandise was not allowed and that u should read a sign that was never there. My father and I were stalked around the whole store by a man with a face full of tattoos trying to play it off by tying his shoes.people can walk around carrying an item they will pay for. never going back. Dont care how cheap the prices are I like to window shop without being treated like a damn theif.

5 /5 Susan Rocheny: Im giving you all 5 stars hats off to all the works. .Place is nice and neat thats in the store clothes put together so , nice very impressive. Two things are bad first the lighting when you walk in is dark. The other is the restroom is totally horrible . Please , remodel the workers work hard to keep up the floor least have a nice restroom for them and customers. It worth the drive on a nice day I went thought rain was over but came down going this because I work in Lafayette but live in carencro .so go on a sunny day youre be happy you did . thanks to the friendly people.

1 /5 A P: Purchased an item less than two weeks ago and I went to return. Item was still in the box and I had my receipt. The cashier called for the manager to approve the return. The manager, Kim, came up there and rudely said "Im not taking that back" and when asked about the 30 day return policy WITH receipt she said well the policy changed. I asked what was the new policy and she said, you have the day of or the day after to return. Instead of being a professional she was rude as hell. I then called another location who told me that the policy NEVER changed and that I still had 30 days to return. Way to go Roses for hiring real "professional managers", you have lost a customer.
