Ross Dress for Less - Gretna (LA)

4 /5 Mrs. Charlie: This location is fully stocked,but just not enough cashiers. If there are more than 3 customers in line there should be an extra person on the register. No person should have to wait no more than 10 minutes to checkout. Other than that issue the store looks good.

2 /5 Irma Gonzalez: This is the smallest Ross I have ever been to. Its well stocked but it doesnt have too much clothes to choose from. The bathrooms were out of service and I had to walk out and take my child to use the bathroom at rooms to go. Im sorry but not having a working bathroom for costumers is unacceptable. A child cant hold it like an adult and we almost had an accident trying to find a bathroom.

1 /5 MAR!A BLAZZZ: This location has just opened up and it’s the holiday season. When I arrived the services were horrendous. From the customer service to the security. The cashiers are ill-mannered and will not assist you unless it’s a major emergency. They rudely acknowledge you as if you will waste their time asking for assistance. Also my husband and I are African American and the security follows my husband around the entire establishment and racially profiled him for stealing. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
