1 /5 Kendra Clark: We were never greeted or acknowledged while shopping even though we were the first customers to enter. The only nice staff member was the older lady that help us with the dressing rooms. Even when my husband approached the counter, the cashier never acknowledged him verbally. My husband being the mannerable man he is said thank you to the cashier & she couldn’t even open her mouth to say thank you, just mhmm hmm. But before we approach the counter she was having a full conversation with the security guard. I expect better out of places like this.

5 /5 LYDIA JENKINS MOLL: This store has great bargains , since Im a Senior Citizen , they give discounts on certain days.the store is clean , you can always find a large variety of products. Go see for yourself. & tell us your experience! Sunday 2/18/24 The store was clean & well stocked. There was a crowd shopping, hunting the many bargains. This is a very reasonably priced store. I love the idea of buying. I get to buy name brand items for less. Check them out ! Friday 6/21/24 I enjoyed myself at Ross Dress for Less on my me day.the store was clean & well stocked, There are many sale prices & many items to choose from. Ariel was at the door, kindly smiling, greeting customers & checking bags. Helpful Cemmi was on the register & Brandon went to get me a large push basket,l had too much in my arms, I offered him a tip & he refused,so I gladly thanked him.. & I found my Syrups I ❤️ so much. Get on over there & check them out! 6/08/24 Ross Dress For Less is one store i ❤️ love to shop at. There are always brand items on sale. The staff is helpful ,courteous, friendly & helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. Check out the clearance & brand new items. I love to buy skin& body care items. Go see for yourselves.

2 /5 Courtney Mccuen: there was little to no selection and styles out of date. The plus side there was a lot of great shoes to choose from however once again, limited availability in size 6 1/2 or seven shoe specifically black dress shoes. Anything worth purchasing was not available in my size and only available in the larger sizes or extra small. I wear a medium. The dress pants were of cheap material and overpriced. But as far as this location. The store was clean and well organized, making it simple to navigate. The biggest reason for my two stars was the length of time it took to get through checkout. Only three people in front of me and it took at least 20 minutes and just as I gained momentum to exit, I was stopped by security so that he can review my receipt. Not to check my bags, but just to mark the receipt with a yellow highlighter, which doesn’t make sense to me. They finally opened a second register as I was walking out the door and in no sense of urgency.. when shopping alone I’m a bit of an oddball, I talk to myself, especially when in a rush and frustrated. At least three employees that I noticed walked past me and I was not asked if I needed any help with anything or if I was finding everything OK not a word. The focus was solely on their task at hand.. restocking the sales floor and organizing and already tidy store. The customer service and check out speed needs improvement.
