5 /5 Autumn Southiseng: I order online! I know my sizes. Im pleased every time and if for some reason Im not the employees are always quick to take my item back! Last time I ordered for my teenage son bc they had a Green Day shirt he wanted and also a good selection of mans pants! Bought his normal size and they fit awesome! They are now his new favorite jeans, lol! Great sales too!!

2 /5 Heather Gallien: I went into the rue 21 in the Alexandria mall and I was unaware of any employees until I noticed a lady standing in the back corner of the plus section made her way toward the front but never spoke to me at all. I learned later from the employee with long black hair that came in for her shift that she was the store manager. After apologizing for the way I had been treated she was very helpful. And nice , she told me she was the assistant manager. I think she needs to be promoted and the manager needs a demotion.

5 /5 Tyja Moton: An employee named Travis was marketing very good and assisted me and a group of friends while were in rue21 he helped all of us while making us laugh and putting big smiles on our face!!! 10/10 would recommend and come back!!

5 /5 preston lasyone: Extremely cute plus sized clothes. One of the only stores around that offers cute plus sized clothes. Shirts and tops up to 4X. Definitely will be returning. Also had a very helpful staff.
