1 /5 Meeka Carlisle: I ordered 3 pair of shorts from a preorder listing on 6/2/25. The listing stated that ETA was 5 weeks. I reached out on 7/17 (6.5 weeks later) to check the status of the order. No response. I reached out again on 7/30… no response. However, on 7/30 shortly after reaching out, I was notified through USPS that a shipping label had been created. After the label was created with no further action, I reached out again on 8/5. No response. On 8/6 I requested a refund through the shop app. The request was immediately denied and the shorts were actually shipped delivering on 8/8. The shorts are very poor quality (what you would expect from Temu) and absolutely not worth the $30 price tag. Buyers beware. Not worth it!! Shop elsewhere for better customer service and quality!
