1 /5 Missy Cox: BEEARE!!!! Ordered a $70 pair of Judy Blue jeans on January 29th. It is now March and no jeans!! Order has never shipped! They will not respond to emails regarding my order. No one will return my call. I’m out $70! Very poor customer service. I support small businesses but this one is a bad seed!!! Buy online from this shop at your own risk! update: finally able to speak with someone and received refund, Owner Madison was rude and cited “managers quitting” and having a “rough season” as excuse for abysmal customer service. So many better small boutiques around to support that appreciate their customers!
