1 /5 Shelbs: The receptionist is ridiculously rude and had a horrible attitude! I was going to be a new patient there but after talking on the phone with her trying to set up my appointment I changed my mind. I will gladly continue driving 40+ minutes to my original lady!

I had re called back for some test results because I wasn’t able to actually listen the first time as I was at work and I requested they share them again with me and the lady who answered the phone was RUDE. the nurse who re read the results was RUDE (didn’t we already give these to you what are you not understanding being sarcastic and mean) if you get into a field like this you supposed to want to help people I found it incredibly disturbing and disgusting that they acted the way they did. Sadly I have to keep visiting this office as better doctors are 35-40 mins away. You should get some better caring staff.

1 /5 Savannah Ebarb: The receptionist was In the phone with another patient while fully saying a different patient in the lobby’s personal information. Name, what they were here for, etc. HIPAA laws do very much still exist and this is insanely unprofessional and i will be filing a HIPAA complaint. this is ridiculous.

1 /5 Peachez Anglin: Ive had 10+ cysts on my ovaries for 2yrs or so now. Ive told them Im afraid Im going to overdose on Tylenol and Advil please do something this pain is worse than broken bones. They treat me like Im a dopehead asking them for pain medication when I all really want is something done to remove these cysts so I can stop feeling like Im dying every month. Ive told everyone there that will see me this is going on, and no one there has taken me seriously since Jennifer Long left. This place is a joke unless u have an STD or pregnant (thats all they seem to care about). If you have any real problems and love yourself, skip this place because its a complete joke to medical care. ****Edit**** After years and years of PAIN. Ive finally found a doctor to take me seriously out of state, and I was full of endometriosis. MINDEN WOMENS CLINIC IS A JOKE
