3 /5 Brenda Garcia: The store is always clean and organized, the only thing I will add is that your employees are a big reflection of what’s portrayed to the customers. There’s one specific employee I usually interact with him at checkout, he’s an older black man, white beard and glasses, gives off such a rude persona, never greets, but when one greet hims he’ll greet back almost forcefully and uncomfortably, I know there are some individuals that may be shy but that truly doesn’t seem like the case with him. Hate judging a book by its cover but he gives off an im too good for you vibe. I myself used to work in customer service for many years and this man really needs to brush up his skills , his un-welcomeness and unfriendly demeanor can easily drive customers away. All the other staff always greet at check out and seem a lot more welcoming.
