1 /5 Crystal Perkins: Went in to Alexandria ,LA Store. Lady put me in a dressing room took my sandles off stepped in URINE. It was a lady that came out. It ruined my $60 sandles. They did not offer me to use their restroom to clean my feet. So I had to go and clean everything in the mall restroom. I walked in URIN and it had a smell till I found so flip flops and threw them in the trash. I called them and they said I will send you something never came. So I called again My daughter in law picked a $30 card up. Not even enough to cover my sandles I throw away. This is a sorry company that only cares about their self. We give our money to people like this. Well I will never give them another penny. It is the workers that suppose to go in and look and remove the stuff in their. Not this store.
