Michael Johnson Holding a man in jail for filming deputies is criminal. The deputies made up false charges against a man for filming them and your office is letting him sit in jail. This is a totally corrupt unjust Parrish. You should be disbarred and the deputies should lose their qualified immunity.
Christian Garbrecht First off most of the time my lawyer was late. He never read anything of the reports other than the charges. He had me plea guilty to a charge I wasnt guilty of then after it was over he gave me the file and it stated plain as day that the evidence had been destroyed almost 3 years prior to the plea by the officer in the arresting officers own handwritten report. The DA has some kind of confused sense of Justice where
that was concerned. If you are unfortunate enough to get Alan Smith he just wants off of your case as fast as possible. He wont fight for anything if he even shows up. He wont listen to your side. He wont even hear what happened from you. Just what the da has to say and that guy wasnt even there hes going by hearsay himself.

Rochelle Hickman Doesnt want to help the your case much as they should. I presented all evidence to the PD instead of him looking at my husbands case for him.
