I STARTED MY CLASSES IN NOVEMBER THEY TOLD US AFTER THANKSGIVING WE WAS GOIN TO DO THE BEHIND THE WHEELS DRIVING,3 MONTHS WITH BY WITH NO UPDATES NO CONTACT NOTHING, THAN FINALLY THEY CONTACTED ME AND SAID THERE LICENSE EXPIRED SO WE CANT DO THE BEHIND THE WHEEL DIVING THAT GAVE ME AN CERTIFICATE THAS ABOUT TO EXPIRE IN ONE MONTH AND TOLD US WE HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER DRIVING SCHOOL TO GO TO, to COMPLETE THE BEHIND THE WHEEL PART AND THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO COME OUT POCKET AFTER ALREADY GIVING THEM OVER 500$

Brian Riddle Ill update this post depending on how things progress. If I could rank it a ZERO I would at this point. I fully understand that due to the COVID-19 situation that we are going through unprecedented times, however, this is a business that gladly accepted money for a service, but has had NO communication since March 16th (when they cancelled class) about what their plans are for opening back up. I have a child that turned 15 in April and that wants his permit, yet we have a company that will not answer their phones are provide an update to their customers....2 months later....Nothing!!!
Update.....nearly 6 months after we paid for a service we were able to get my child their permit. The end result was great, but the lack of communication and urgency leave a lot to be desired.
