Claire Rutland My child goes to Hope Academy and has thrived socially and progressed academically more than we ever could have imagined. The faculty is absolutely amazing and extremely professional, helpful and dependable. My son loves his school and we are so grateful for it. My only regret is not enrolling him sooner.

Walkie talkie Noah Hope Academy is the best school I have ever went to. I started here at Hope in April of this year 2021 and it has treated me well. I am very comfortable and likable here. Teachers here are caring and very understanding of your needs and they want the best for you and want you to achieve. I have made a best friend here at Hope and he is an absolute role model and kind friend to me. Again, all of the teachers and staff here want you to succeed and have a bright future. I would definitely recommend coming to this amazing school!

Bailey Trosclair Seriously disappointed to have to run around collecting documents and assuming that my child was approved only to find out he was put on a wait-list. Not only that but you cant get an actual human being on the phone! And the automation assistant only gives you literally one option and its for information I already have. Ive heard so many good things just to be let down before he even started. Not very good communication or service

Sara V I wouldn’t recommend this school. We started school with an open mind but that changed pretty fast. The teachers have no control over the kids! Bullying gets no consequences. I took my kids out of the school sooner than end of the school year.

Im the bus driver because l cant depend on the bus situation. This is a on going issue and investigation for me and when you call the transportation line it busy are its not taking messages! Are no one answers the phone. Maybe they are there but there transferring me to another division! but l will be taking this to a higher authority.

Priscilla Rogers No matter how many times I called about a situation with my daughter, I couldnt get the right person on the phone. Ive been transferred from person to person! Nobody knows who I should talkt to! And if I take things into my own hands Im the bad mom!!! I HATE the fact that in Louisiana this is the only option for single parents that can not afford private school or anything else, Im sure its better than the trash we have.

Stephen Price Ordered a high school transcript 4 MONTHS AGO and still haven’t received it! I left a detailed message when I called explaining the importance of it a week ago and still haven’t heard anything. Eventually I will make a trip up there to see what’s going on. Ridiculous!

Peter Pan My son changed many elementary schools in EBR because he did not like them very much. Finally he found the BR FLAIM is so good for him. Teachers at BR FLAIM are native speakers who are certified and highly qualified in their grade levels. They represent the countries of China, Spain, Guatemala, Columbia, France, and Belgium which rings a unique cultural perspective of their countries to share with the students. He spent two years in BR FLAIM and graduated this year. He misses this school very much, miss his teachers and principal Ms. Miller, Ms.Borruano, Ms. Fisher, Ms. Baker, Ms.Davis, Ms. Mazuera, Ms. Perkins, Ms. Lewis, etc. He had wonderful , unbelievable experience there. In this school, he got much help from school managers, teachers and classmates, he was so happy there and also he did great achievements there. For example, he was allowed to study high school courses there and he got highest scores in Louisiana state standard tests. He got the "President Award". He got the 1st place in Catholic High School Math Tournament. He also got the 2nd place in Louisiana State University High School Math Contest. This is the 1st time in Louisiana for an elementary school student won these titles in state high school STEM contests. BR FLAIM also got 2017 the National Blue Ribbon. This school is No. 1 in school management and teachers, because it is only "international teacher team", because teachers come from different nations or cultures. It is the best elementary school in Louisiana, maybe in national !

They hold the standards high for their children and teach them responsibility and hard work at a young age! Never want to leave.

Kelley Handford After touring 7 daycares in BR 6 years ago, we decided on CDS North and are so glad we did! I cant say enough good things about them. The teachers feel like family. We have always been kept well informed. The teachers are great at making learning fun with lots of hands on activities. Most importantly, the kids love going and are well prepared to enter "real" school. After 6 years with 2 kids, our youngest is about to finish his last year at CDS North. We cant express enough how much we appreciate everyone at CDS North caring for our children like their own.

Cecily Driskill We couldnt be happier with our decision to enroll our son at Country Day. After a challenging experience at his previous daycare, we were apprehensive about finding the right fit. From the moment we stepped through the doors of Country Day, we knew it was special. Not only has our sons morning meltdown disappeared entirely, but he now eagerly looks forward to his days there. The teachers are incredibly caring and attentive, and the communication from the staff has been outstanding. Most importantly, we have complete peace of mind knowing our son is in a safe and nurturing environment. Thank you, Country Day, for making our daycare experience so positive and reassuring.

9.Helix Legal Academy

(11) Reviews Helix Legal Academy:

Hughes Larriana “Lewis” I am writing to express serious concerns regarding the current learning environment at Helix Legal Academy * Lack of Individualized Attention: Despite the relatively small class sizes, I observe a lack of personalized learning experiences. Students do not appear to have adequate opportunities to develop essential social and emotional skills. * Communication and Collaboration Issues: Communication between parents and staff often proves challenging, with concerns frequently met with defensiveness or dismissive attitudes. * Inappropriate Staff Behavior: Reports of staff using unprofessional language, recording students without proper authorization, and appearing under the influence are deeply concerning and unacceptable. * Focus on Discipline over Support: The current environment feels overly restrictive, prioritizing discipline over fostering a supportive and nurturing atmosphere for student growth. * Financial Concerns: The schools fees and fundraising efforts appear excessive compared to the perceived value and quality of education provided. I urge the school administration to address these concerns promptly and implement measures to improve the overall learning experience for all students." .

Tyree Hinton Im extremely disappointed with my experience at Helix Legal Academy. Unfortunately, the school falls short in several key areas. Firstly, discipline is virtually nonexistent, creating an unproductive and chaotic learning environment. Furthermore, the academic curriculum lacks depth and substance, leaving students without a solid foundation of knowledge. Regrettably, the staffs attitude and behavior are also major concerns. Many administrators and teachers exhibit rudeness and unprofessionalism, making it difficult for students to seek help or guidance. Another issue is the excessive and unhelpful workload. Students are often burdened with unnecessary assignments that only serve to increase stress levels, rather than enhance understanding or skills. Lastly, the leadership at Helix Legal Academy seems ineffective, with the assistant principal appearing disengaged and uninterested in addressing the schools problems. Overall, I would not recommend Helix Legal Academy to anyone seeking a quality education. The schools numerous shortcomings and inadequate administration make it a less-than-ideal learning environment.

Allegra Freeman As a former teacher and volunteer at this school, the principal and assistant principal are engaged with students and parents by effectively addressing concerns and needs of the students. The administration and staff are not only engaged in students learning but also in the welfare of each student. The staff and admin go above and beyond for each student to ensure that each and every need of their students are met. I would highly recommend this school!!!

Dawn Pittman My. Child has been attending RSA for the last two years. This school has been a good fit for our family. We love the small class sizes. The teachers are amazing, loving and passionate about the work that they do. Our one complaint is that the science curriculum is a bit repetitive and boring ( My childs words). Thank you RSA!

Kristen Morales This is the best school my daughter has ever attended. The staff and teachers are extremely helpful, and they go out of their way to help their students learn. Theyre definitely one of a kind in this day and age. They actually care how each student is progressing. I definitely recommend sending your child here. You wont be disappointed!

Jennifer Oster We love our little school. If youre looking for a small learning environment where the teachers get to know each child very well, this is the place. Just like all schools, there are minor things that I would change, but our overall experience has been very positive. Returning to a large public school after this would be very hard. Wish it went up to 12th grade.
